I’ve changed my mind about my purchase and want to cancel my order, what do I do?

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to offer you a full refund on your purchase. Please contact LIFEFORM® Customer Service at 800-661-8568 or 1+ 403-720-3966 Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm MT (excluding Holidays) immediately to determine if this is possible.


My new chair just arrived and I’m not sure I want to keep it. What do I need to do?

We are extremely sorry that our product didn’t meet your expectations. As soon as you have made the decision to return your chair, please follow these guidelines:


Once the product has arrived and you have been able to experience it, you will have 30 days from this arrival date to return it for a full refund of the product price.


It is imperative to retain all original packing – Chairs returned with unsatisfactory packaging will very likely incur damage. A full refund cannot be provided unless the chair is received in “Like New” Condition.

Once you submit your return request to customer service they will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to the email address on file.


We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and send you packing instructions. Note. Returns without a valid RA will be refused and returned at your cost.


When can I expect to see a refund for my return?

Once we receive your product and inspect it for any damage, you will receive a refund within ten business days. Refunded amount will be the original purchase price. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear.
